It’s an advanced training program developed by Bart and Michael Bellon, designed to combine positive and negative reinforcement in a modern way that builds strong, conscious motivation in the dog to work.
More about the NePoPo® system: NePoPo® Training
The Gold School is an extension of the NePoPo® Silver School, aimed at deepening practical skills and intended for trainers who want to take their work with dogs to the next level.
Dog assessment before training begins – evaluation of behavior without a leash or commands, observation of the dog’s reaction to the environment and the handler, physical condition check, and response to a transport crate.
Back-tie training – evaluating the dog’s reaction to movement restriction, applied to both companion and working dogs.
Drives and motivation – analysis of key drives (prey, food, social), work with a clicker, and distinguishing between “click release” and “click stay in behavior.”
Structure of the NePoPo® system – identifying the dog’s operational system (PoPo, NePo, NePoPo®), understanding the role of reinforcement and correction, and the concept of “Ignition” – triggering the dog’s passion for action.
Training techniques and tools – working with a leash, hand, objects, and training collars, applying negative reinforcement practically and introducing pressure appropriately.
Electronic systems – use of Martin System® collars, including setup, calibration, and proper fitting.
Practical implementation of NePoPo® – shaping, luring, working on motivation, and identifying the dog’s frustration level.
Dog welfare and hygiene – grooming, diet, hydration, and balancing training with rest.
Trainer development – working with dogs of various purposes (working, sport, service, companion), broadening training perspectives, and eliminating mistakes.
This is just a portion of the comprehensive and intensive program that guides participants step-by-step through all the key elements of effective dog training in the NePoPo® system. The course offers a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge alongside hours of hands-on practice.

Raised with dogs from a young age, Piotr inherited his passion for training from his father, Włodzimierz Kaczmarek. He began his professional development as a teenager and conducted his first dog training for special forces at just 22 years old.
From 2014 to 2020, he refined his skills under the guidance of Jiri Scucka, a respected Czech trainer. In 2016, he began working with special units, training handlers and selling dogs with various specializations.
In 2017, Piotr completed the prestigious NePoPo® Silver and Gold Schools led by Bart and Michael Bellon. He was the first person in Poland to graduate from this program, becoming a Gold Multiplicator in 2023.
He is the founder of Kaczmarek K9, which he runs with his father. Together, they have trained and sold approximately 1,000 dogs to service units around the world. Since 2021, Piotr has been collaborating with GOPR (Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue), helping handlers train dogs for rescue missions.
At the training center, he also conducts courses for dog handlers and future trainers. Piotr collaborates with RSV2000, working with notable figures such as Helmut Reiser and Mathias Doegel.
He currently trains in French Ring with his own dogs, aiming to compete in the future.
